Israel says it has eliminated two operatives allegedly involved in transferring millions of shekels to Hamas's military wing and destroyed a weapons storage facility in central Gaza. According to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Israel Security Agency (ISA), Hamas cell commander Alaa Ibrahim Nimer Arshi was killed in a strike in Gaza City, while Palestinian Islamic Jihad operative Karam Riyad Hassan Abu Butaihan was killed in Nuseirat. Israeli authorities allege both men helped facilitate funding from Iran and Turkey to Hamas's military wing. In a separate strike, the IDF says it destroyed a weapons storage facility in central Gaza containing Kalashnikov rifles, a launcher and rockets.
