Russia has captured two more villages in Ukraine’s Donetsk region, pushing closer toward Kramatorsk and tightening pressure on Kyiv’s key defensive lines. The fighting continues as Moscow claims fresh territorial gains. At the same time, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte met Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to discuss next steps for European security and ways to bring the war closer to an end.
