While Kyiv is actively reviewing the proposal through diplomatic channels, Zelenskyy has openly questioned the feasibility of participating in any framework that includes Russia. Speaking to reporters, he acknowledged the invitation but made his position clear, stating it remains difficult to imagine Ukraine and Russia sitting together within any shared council structure.
