A powerful explosion has killed atleast 24 in Pakistan's Chaman Phatak, Quetta. Balochistan Liberation Army targeted a passenger train with an explosion-laden car that struck a coach. Cars parked metres away were completely burnt. Dozens have been injured in the attack.
