A fresh dispute has erupted between Maharashtra's FDA and the hotel industry after the regulator intensified action against food safety violations. AHAR plans to approach the FSSAI and the Union Health Ministry, questioning whether some recent FDA notifications are in line with the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006
