Western Railway has rejigged its suburban timetable while retaining 1,414 daily services, with changes aimed at easing Borivli congestion and improving AC, late-night and extended suburban connectivity

The new timetable will continue to operate a total of 1,414 suburban services. Six new services will be introduced — two in the Up direction and four in the Down direction — while six existing services will be withdrawn
