Hamas Terrorists Group continues to attack various locations in the Kibbutz near the Israeli borders. Beeri, a Kibbutz, is among the worst-hit of the 14 Israeli border communities overrun by Hamas gunmen. Two women had a narrow escape when they were caught in a crossfire between Hamas militants and Israeli forces. In an attempt to save their lives, the women hid behind a car and the Israeli security personnel came to rescue them. Israeli media reported that over 100 people were killed in the Beeri Kibbutz by the Hamas terrorists. The conflict escalated when Hamas terrorists attacked several towns and Kibbutz in Israel. Israel's PM immediately announced a state of war and the forces retaliated with attacks in the Gaza Strip. The Israel-Gaza war has entered day 06 and till now, over 2,400 people have lost their lives.

The unprecedented attack by Hamas terrorist group on Israel has jolted the world. Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said that they are at war in retaliation to the Hamas attack. West has extended support to Israel and strongly condemned the attack by the terror group. President Joe Biden confirmed US’ support for Israel and said that they won’t fail to have their back. India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi also tweeted, “We stand in solidarity with Israel”. UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak tweeted that they stand unequivocally with Israel. French President Emmanuel Macron condemned the terror attack against Israel and expressed solidarity with the victims. Qatar solely held Israel responsible for the ongoing escalations. Pakistan’s stance is also in favour of Palestine. Iran's foreign ministry also said attacks by its ally Hamas on Israel were an act of self-defence by Palestinians. Oman issued a statement claiming the situation was a result of “continued illegal Israeli occupation of the Palestinian territories”. Saudi Arabia also took a stance in support of the “legitimate rights of the Palestinian people”.

In response to the Hamas attack, US President Joe Biden said that the US stands with Israel in the face of terrorist assaults by Hamas. Giving a warning to the residents of Gaza, Netanyahu said that they would operate forcefully everywhere. The Islamist group Hamas took Israel by surprise earlier on October 07 with one of the biggest attacks in decades. Israel witnessed a sudden assault by gunmen who crossed into Israeli villages, bringing hostages back into the Gaza Strip. According to Reuters, at least 250 Israelis were killed and 900 were injured. Over 230 Gazans were also killed when Israel responded with retaliatory strikes. Israel responded with massive air strikes deep inside the coastal enclave, killing scores and wounding hundreds. The Western Nations have extended support to Israel including the US, the UK, France.
