Indian Revenue Service officer #SameerWankhede has been taken off duty from the Narcotics Control Bureau by the Union Ministry of Home Affairs. The decision comes days after Wankhede made headlines in the #AryanKhan drug cruise case. The case which was handled by Wankhede involved the arrest of #ShahRukhKhan's son Aryan Khan, and his friends #ArbaazMerchant and #MunmunDhamecha. 

Narcotics Control Bureau (#NCB) Mumbai zonal director #SameerWankhede, who was a part of the Mumbai cruise drug raid and arrested Bollywood superstar #ShahRukhKhan's son #AryanKhan, is facing serious allegations from Maharashtra minister #NawabMalik. Malik has alleged Wankhede illegally tapped phones and also claimed the officer ran an extortion racket. Wankhede's father held a press conference on October 26 and refuted the charges against him.
