Shiv Sena workers on Monday were seen tearing banners of Pakistani singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan's concert, which is scheduled to be held in the city on April 30. A Shiv Sena worker said it is very condemnable that Pakistani artists are coming to India when the country is suffering from various problems like drought.
