Penguin Random House India has clarified that it is not the Indian publisher of Sonia Gandhi’s memoir ‘Belonging’, rejecting reports that it withdrew from publishing the book over proposed editorial changes

The restrictions cover goods carrier vehicles, tempos, trucks, trailers, mixers, tractors and other heavy vehicles. BEST and ST buses and passenger-carrying vehicles are excluded from this restriction, as specified in the traffic notification
