A shocking case from Delhi has once again triggered outrage over women’s safety in the national capital. A 30-year-old factory worker was allegedly abducted and gang-raped inside a private sleeper bus in northwest Delhi’s Rani Bagh area while returning home from work late at night. According to police, the woman was allegedly pulled inside the Bihar-registered sleeper bus near Saraswati Vihar before being sexually assaulted by the driver and conductor as the vehicle travelled toward Nangloi.

Norway is reeling as Marius Borg Hoiby, son of Crown Princess Mette-Marit and stepson to Crown Prince Haakon, faces 32 charges including rape, domestic violence, and assault. Prosecutors allege he filmed some of the attacks, while Hoiby admits to drug-fuelled assaults but denies rape.
