Football legend David Beckham, who is in India on a three-day visit as a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador shared his ‘incredible experience’ in India and the people of the country. David Beckham’s India visit consisted of playing soccer with Virat Kohli and Sachin Tendulkar in the stadium. Not only that, Beckham enjoyed the India vs New Zealand semi-final clash at Wankhede Stadium alongside Indian icon Sachin Tendulkar. Beckham also arrived at Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja’s residence for an intimate dinner party. Dressed in an all-black outfit, Beckham looked dapper as he posed for the Paparazzi. The legendary footballer shared his special moments in India on Instagram.
India’s Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar's life-sized statue was unveiled at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on November 01. The life-size statue of Tendulkar, a 200-Test veteran, was unveiled on the eve of the India-Sri Lanka ICC World Cup 2023 encounter. The statue is dedicated to 50 years of Tendulkar’s life and has been installed by MCA near Sachin Tendulkar Stand at the stadium. Along with Tendulkar, his wife and Anjali and daughter Sara were also present for the function. The event was also attended by Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde, Congress leader Sharad Pawar, BCCI Secretary Jay Shah and treasurer Ashish Shelar. Sachin is considered as the greatest batter to have played the game. He holds the record for having the most runs and centuries scored in both ODI and Test Cricket.

Meanwhile, celebrities have arrived at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport, Ahmedabad.
