Thane Police have invoked MCOCA against five alleged members of a drug trafficking syndicate after seizing 9.768 kg of heroin worth Rs 3.41 crore in Kalyan. Three accused were formally arrested under MCOCA on September 8 and remanded to police custody till September 17
