A massive scuffle took place between NDA members and INDIA bloc MPs on December 19th. Today, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla restricted protests at Parliament gates by the MPs. Two BJP MPs were injured in the scuffle yesterday. According to sources, "Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla has issued strict instructions that no political party, Member of Parliament or groups of members will hold any dharna and demonstration at building gates of Parliament House,".
