The Israel Defense Forces and Shin Bet have announced the destruction of three Hamas weapons depots in Gaza following Israeli airstrikes on Thursday. According to the Israeli military, the warehouses contained dozens of weapons, including Kalashnikov rifles, rocket launchers and RPGs, along with other military equipment and supplies. The IDF said the strikes targeted sites used by Hamas to store weapons and maintain its military capabilities in Gaza. Israeli forces also cited advance civilian warnings, aerial surveillance and the use of precision-guided munitions as measures intended to minimize civilian casualties during the operation. 

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) says troops have discovered an explosive device ready for activation, weapons and a Hezbollah staging position in southern Lebanon. According to the Israeli military, troops from the 810th Brigade carried out an operation on the outskirts of Shuba. The explosive device was confiscated, while additional combat equipment was also located. The discovery follows an earlier IDF announcement claiming that Israeli forces dismantled an underground tunnel network extending hundreds of metres in southern Lebanon. Israel says the tunnels were used by Hezbollah.
