An encounter broke out between terrorists and security forces in the Chak Tapper Kreeri Pattan area of Baramulla in J&K on Sept 14. The vulnerable areas have been cordoned off and a massive manhunt has been initiated across the district. Earlier on Sept 13, two army soldiers were killed in a gunfight with terrorists in the Kishtwar district. Notably, these scary developments are taking place ahead of J&K Assembly Polls 2024. BJP claimed that Pakistan Zindabad slogans were raised by Congress supporters after Congress Rajya Sabha poll victory. Union Minister Prahlad Joshi has strongly condemned the alleged Pro-Pakistan slogans raised by the supporters of Congress leader Syed Naseer Hussain in Vidhan Soudha after he was elected as the Rajya Sabha member. The Karnataka BJP unit has filed an FIR at the Vidhan Soudha Police Station in this regard. Pralhad Joshi took a sharp jibe at the Congress Party after the serious allegations. On the other hand, Naseer Hussain said that he did not hear any “Pakistan Zindabad” slogan in the Assembly.
