An explosive-packed vehicle rammed into the bus carrying the Chinese nationals in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Amjad Ayub Mirza, a political activist from Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) lashed out at Pak Govt. POK Activist said, “The attack signifies that the Pakistani Army is losing control in the region”. Pakistan Govt issued a statement following few hours after the attack calling it a ‘heinous act’.
28 March,2024 04:28 PM ISTA day after Iran launched airstrike in Pakistan’s Balochistan, Pakistan military conducts retaliatory strikes against Iran. As per Pakistan Foreign Ministry, the armed forces conducted ‘Operation Marg Bar Sarmachar’ in Iranian territory. “This morning Pakistan undertook a series of highly coordinated and specifically targeted precision military strikes against terrorist hideouts in Siestan-o-Baluchistan province of Iran. A number of terrorists were killed during Intelligence-based operation- codenamed Marg Bar Sarmachar,” said Foreign Ministry of Pakistan. Iran recently targeted a terror outfit Jaish al-Adl’s headquarters and launched airstrikes in Pakistan’s Balochistan. Pakistan claimed that two children lost their lives, two sustained serious injuries in the airstrikes by Iran. Pakistan also strongly condemned the attacks and termed it as an “unprovoked violation” of its airspace. However, India has taken a pro-Iranian stance in the Pakistan-Iran Attack and emphasised ‘actions countries take for self-defense’.

India took a pro-Iranian stance and emphasised ‘actions countries take for self-defense’. Pakistan condemned Iran’s actions and termed the attack as an “unprovoked violation” of its airspace. In 2019, India carried out airstrikes in Balakot in retaliation to the suicide attack by Jaish-e-Mohammad terror group in Pulwama.

Pakistan has strongly condemned Iran’s strikes on a terrorist group in Balochistan which claimed the lives of two children. The Foreign Ministry of Pakistan has termed the Iran airstrike in Pakistan as an “unprovoked violation” of its airspace by Iran. Also, the Ministry has warned of serious consequences and said that violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty “completely unacceptable”. Soon after Iran’s military action, Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry raised the issue with the Iranian Counterpart on a diplomatic level. Islamabad highlighted that Tehran carried out the airstrike despite availability of several communication channels between the two. As per Al Arabiya News, Iran attacked the headquarters of Jaish al-Adl in Balochistan, Pakistan. Formed in 2012, this group has been designated as a “terrorist” organisation by Iran and operates in Sistan and Baluchestan province.
