Rahul Gandhi, the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha and a Congress MP, reflects on how the Bharat Jodo Yatra changed his perspective on politics. He says the journey transformed how he thinks about his work and his connection with people. Gandhi highlights that the most surprising and impactful outcome of the Yatra was the introduction of the concept of "love" into Indian politics—a rarity in political discourse globally, where terms like hatred and corruption are more common. This idea of love, which emerged naturally during the Yatra, has positively influenced political communication and interaction. Gandhi is impressed by how well this notion has resonated and worked within the political system.
