Boat Accident
A devastating boating accident off Vietnam's Phu Quoc Island has claimed the lives of 15 Indian tourists, turning what was meant to be a company outing into an unimaginable tragedy. According to survivors, the speedboat carrying 32 Indian passengers capsized just minutes after leaving the island, overturning within an estimated 300 to 400 metres of the shoreline. The victims were part of a group associated with Lava International, including distributors, employees and business partners who had travelled to Vietnam for a company event. One survivor recalled the terrifying moments when the boat overturned, saying passengers had almost no time to react. While some managed to escape into the water, others remained trapped inside the enclosed vessel as it rapidly sank. The survivor also raised serious concerns about the emergency response that followed. WATCH
