Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Maharashtra tomorrow and unveil projects worth over Rs 30,500 crore in the state. He will inaugurate the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Sewri-Nhava Sheva Atal Setu, built at a cost of about Rs 17,840 crore. Atal Setu is the longest bridge and also the longest sea bridge in the country. During the visit, the Prime Minister will also lay the foundation stone of an underground road tunnel connecting Eastern Freeway's Orange Gate and launch Namo Mahila Shashaktikaran Abhiyaan in the state.

Congress turned down the invitation for the 'Pran Pratistha' ceremony of Lord Ram Lalla scheduled later this month in Ayodhya. Congress has said that Ayodhya Ram Mandir inauguration is an event of BJP and RSS. Soon after Congress’ refusal, BJP leaders were quick enough to lambast the grand old party. As Ayodhya prepares for the grand consecration ceremony this month, Lord Ram got special offering from the place of his maternal grandparents and his in-laws in Nepal. Water from 16 holy rivers of Nepal reached Ayodhya on December 30. Nepal will also send special souvenirs consisting of various types of jewellery, utensils, clothes, and sweets for the event. On January 22nd, the idol of Lord Ram will be consecrated at the grand Ayodhya Ram Mandir.
