The victims have been identified as Sumit Satwan Valmiki, 22, and his brother Sanju Satwan Valmiki, 15. Both were residents of Ganeshmurti Nagar in Cuffe Parade and hailed from Pipri in Uttar Pradesh’s Badaun district
