He said that his head is in shame. Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar lost his cool over ‘serious misconduct’ by Derek O'Brien. Brien has been suspended for the remainder part of the Parliament Winter session. The incident happened while Opposition MP’s pressed for a discussion on the Parliament Security Breach and moved into the Well of the House. When Dhankar condemned the unruly behaviour of the Opposition MP’s, TMC MP Derek O'Brien moved into the area in front of the chair and flung his arms in the air infuriating the Rajya Sabha Chairman.
