Amid New Parliament building inauguration, Sonipat DCP warns against disruption

As wrestlers announced to hold a march towards the newly-built parliament building and called to join the women wrestlers’ Maha Panchayat, security was beefed up in Sonipat on May 28. “We have deployed male and female companies at Delhi-Haryana border points to ensure unsocial elements are stopped from entering Delhi. We will not allow people to enter Delhi if their motive is to disrupt the inauguration of the new Parliament House, our intelligence team is identifying such people,” said Gaurav Rajpurohit, DCP, Sonipat East.
