The Punjab Police have confirmed that while they have found nothing so far to link boxer Vijender Singh to a major drug bust near Chandigarh, his wife's car has been recovered from outside the house of an alleged drug dealer who they have arrested. A music video reportedly filmed in 2011 features boxer Ram Singh and alleged drug dealer Anup Singh Kahlon, who was arrested last month in Punjab. Drugs worth 130 crores were found at his home. The All India Petroleum Dealers Association on Thursday demanded 'one nation one rate scheme' for fuel over the recent hike in petrol prices in the national capital. The President of the association Ajay Bansal said that the demand for one nation one rate scheme should be applied by decreasing rates, not hiking.

The Rajasthan Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) raided at an arms' dealer’s residence at Ajmer’s Anasagar Link Road and recovered a huge cache of illegal arms and ammunition. The ATS team has arrested arms' dealer’s son Zubair and took him under custody for further investigation. The recovered cache contained a stock of different rifles, gun powder and bullets. The ATS team is conducting a search operation in four states over illegal arms and ammunition.
