PM Narendra Modi during his visit to Kerala on 27th February revealed the names of the four astronauts who have been selected for India's first human space mission Gaganyaan. Group Captain Prashanth Nair, Ajit Krishnan, Angad Pratap and Wing Commander Shubhanshu Shukla will join the mission. PM Modi reviewed the progress of Gaganyaan Mission and bestowed astronaut wings to the astronaut designates. At Nitin Desai’s funeral, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar paid their last respect to director Nitin Desai at JJ Hospital in Mumbai on August 04. Renowned art director Nitin Desai allegedly committed suicide at his own ND Studio in Karjat on Wednesday morning. According to police sources, Desai hanged himself at his studio. Khalapur cops are investigating the matter. He was 58.
