The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) judge ruled that Hasina is responsible for the killing of around 1,400 people during the July–August 2024 protests. 31 December,2024 02:09 PM ISTISKCON Kolkata Vice President, Radharaman Das, has reported that an ISKCON center in Dhaka, Bangladesh, was set on fire by miscreants. The incident took place early in the morning, around 2-3 am. According to Radharaman Das, the attackers poured petrol and burned down the temple. The idol of Lakshminarayan was also vandalized during the attack. The entire temple was destroyed in the fire. This event is part of a larger concern about violence against minorities in Bangladesh. ISKCON, a religious organization, has expressed deep concern over the safety of its temples and followers in the region following this unfortunate incident.
08 December,2024 11:13 AM ISTSayan Ghosh, a young man from Ward No. 27 of Kamarhati Municipality in North 24 Parganas’s Belgharia, was injured while visiting a friend’s house in Dhaka, Bangladesh. 22-year-old Sayan was allegedly attacked with weapons by some miscreants. Sayan was seriously injured in the eyes, head and teeth. The attack was then carried out after only identifying Hindus and Indians. On Saturday night, he returned home through the Gede-Darshan border, but fear was in his eyes. Watch the video for more information.
