Hundreds gathered at Delhi's Jantar Mantar as Cockroach Janta Party founder Abhijeet Dipke led a protest over the NEET-UG paper leak controversy and the CBSE on-screen marking dispute. Addressing supporters, Dipke claimed he feared arrest before arriving in Delhi and said he felt he was living his "last moments of freedom" before landing. He also alleged that attention had shifted towards his social media activity instead of the issues being raised by students. The protest also saw the participation of educator and activist Sonam Wangchuk, who called for reforms in India's education system and urged authorities to address student concerns. Wangchuk rejected calls from some students to enter politics and instead encouraged young people to take responsibility for change.

Delhi Police has granted permission for the protest, while security has been tightened across the capital. With all eyes on turnout numbers, today's event could determine whether CJP remains a viral online phenomenon or emerges as a genuine political force on the ground.
