Hundreds of commuters suffered after Tawi bridge was closed down for vehicular traffic when cracks were noticed on the bridge in Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir. A major tragedy averted due to the presence of mind of locals who were the first to notice the cracks on one of the oldest bridge in Roun Domail in the district. Locals alleged that district administration has failed to repair the bridge. The locals informed the administration that swing into action and suspended vehicular traffic.
