PM Modi on August 26 reached Delhi after meeting ISRO scientists involved in Chandrayaan-3 mission. He addressed the public as he had returned from his two-nation visit to South Africa and Greece. However, the PM had to halt his speech for a while as a person in the crowd fainted. PM immediately asked his team of doctors to respond and check if the person was fine. Just after that, the crowd started chanting ‘Modi Ji ko Jai Shri Ram!’. Earlier in the day, PM Narendra Modi congratulated and saluted the ISRO scientists for Chandrayaan-3 mission’s success.

The newly inaugurated metro train was stuck near Durgapuri station due to technical glitch in Lucknow on Wednesday. People in the metro services on its first day were taken aback that triggered panic among passengers. The passengers had to be evacuated midway on to the tracks after they started complaining of suffocation and high temperature inside the compartments. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh flagged off Lucknow Metro with much fan fare on Tuesday.
