On Nov 20, Hezbollah from Lebanon launched 25 rockets, and 3 suicide drones as a result of which plumes of smoke were seen rising from northern Israel. The violence is a spillover from the Israel-Hamas conflict in the Gaza strip. Hezbollah forces and Israel continue to trade rocket and missile fire in areas near the border. Several rockets were intercepted by the Iron Dome, while others landed in open areas. The three explosive-laden drones hit an IDF post on the border, reported Times of Israel. As per Israel, the opponent cell had attempted to launch anti-tank missiles from the Marwahin area in Lebanon.

Israel on attacking spree; after Hamas, watch how IDF destroyed two Hezbollah cells in Lebanon. The Israeli Defense Forces are continuously attacking various terror hideouts of Hezbollah and Hamas. In the early hours of Oct 23, Israeli aircraft pounded two Hezbollah cells in Lebanon. The Israeli military said that they were planning to launch anti-tank missiles and rockets towards Israel. Without providing details, Hezbollah said that one of its “fighters” was also killed, as per Reuters’ report. Since Hamas’ “surprise” attack on Oct 07, Israel and Hezbollah have been trading fire at the frontier. It is the worst escalation along the Israeli-Lebanese border since 2006 war between Hezbollah and Israel. IDF’s Spokesperson Jonathan Conricus has also said that Hezbollah is dragging Lebanon into a war. Thousands of people have lost their lives since the war between Hamas and Israel began on Oct 07.
