As Abu Dhabi’s first hindu temple, Bochanwasi Akshar Purushottam Sanstha (BAPS) mandir is set to be inaugurated on 14th February, catch the mesmerising inside visuals of the UAE’s first Hindu temple, BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir. The BAPS Hindu Mandir is UAE’s first traditional Hindu stone temple. PM Modi had launched the project for the construction of the temple in 2015. After a clash was reported from Mumbai's Mira Road, bulldozers razed illegal structures and encroachments in the Naya Nagar area of Mira Road on Tuesday. "Illegal structures and encroachments were razed by bulldozers in the Naya Nagar area of Mira Road where Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha celebrations were stone pelted. After instructions from the Maharashtra government, action is being taken by the Municipal Corporation with the help of the police," the Maharashtra government said. Meanwhile, three persons were arrested in Mumbai and an FIR was filed against unknown individuals after at least four cases of outraging religious sentiments were filed in the city following the Mira Road Violence.

A controversy has erupted in Karnataka’s Mandya district after the removal of Lord Hanuman flag by district administration. Hindu activists, BJP, JD(S) workers held massive protests in Keragodu village after the Hanuman flag was allegedly removed. Hanuman flag hoisted by Gram Panchayat Board on a 108-foot flagpole was brought down by district administration on Jan 28. Congress claimed that instead of Lord Hanuman’s flag, the national flag should have been hoisted. BJP-JD(S) held massive protests in the village and held a ‘padayatra’ from Keragodu village to District Collector’s office. Meanwhile, security has been heightened and Section 144 has been imposed in the village to maintain law and order after the Hanuman Flag Row. In Bengaluru, BJP workers were detained by Karnataka Police as they were protesting against the administration's actions. Karnataka’s Deputy Chief Minister, DK Shivakumar alleged BJP-JD(S) of doing politics over the incident.

Wife of Ram Lalla idol sculptor, Arun Yogiraj - Vijetha on January 23 expressed joy over people’s response and love. She said that many people said that our house is a Mandir now. "We are planning to go to Ayodhya after a couple of days or so... The event yesterday was very nice. We all celebrated at home with all our relatives, friends and well-wishers. A lot of people came in, saying that our house is a Mandir now and everyone gave us blessings and love. We are very overwhelmed with the response we are getting," she said post the Ayodhya Ram Mandir consecration ceremony that took place on 22nd January.

The ram temple in Ayodhya opened its doors for the public today and a massive crowd gathered at the temple. People broke through the security at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple in Ayodhya to have darshan of Ram Lalla. Some devotees got injured in the incident and were taken to hospital. Police and administration are on the alert to ensure comfortable continuous darshan for the devotees. Around 2.5 lakh to 3 lakh devotees have taken the darshan of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya Ram Mandir today. A similar number of devotees are awaiting darshan, and the local administration is making all the arrangements to provide continuous darshan to the devotees. The situation is under control now.
