Help desks will be set up at 13 major stations: Churchgate, Mumbai Central, Bandra Terminus, Borivali, Andheri, Valsad, Vapi, Palghar, Vasai Road, Bhayandar, Bilimora, Navsari, and Surat, to assist students with information related to examination centres, train connectivity and onward travel arrangements

According to Western Railway, the special trains have been introduced to manage the expected increase in passenger traffic ahead of the examination and ensure smooth travel for students and their families
