Major Parliament security breach took place during Parliament Winter Session on December 13. Security breach in Parliament took place during the live proceedings of Lok Sabha. Two unidentified persons jumped into Lok Sabha Chamber from visitors’ Gallery. The incident took place on the 22nd anniversary of the 2001 Parliament Attack. However, Delhi Police detained two persons in this regard. Lok Sabha MPs narrated the incident and gave details. Congress MP Gurjeet Singh Aujla, who caught hold of the two men who jumped down the visitors' gallery into the House, also narrated the incident. Delhi Police Special Cell DCP Rajiv Ranjan arrived at Parliament Street to investigate security breach.

Stressed due to family problems, a 43-year-old Pradeep Udayraj Upadhyay, a resident of Nalasopara jumped into Bhayandar creek on 25th November. He was rescued by PSI Yuvraj Shirsath and Havaldar Bhoye who were on patrolling duty.
