Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff unveiled the trailer of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan on Tuesday. The actors were present at the trailer launch event in Mumbai with the rest of the cast, where Akshay was asked about one advice he would give to Tiger as a young star in the industry. To this, Akshay's hilarious response made everyone laugh out loud. The advice was an indirect hint at Tiger's rumoured ex-girlfriend Disha Patani. Although they never officially confirmed their relationship, the two reportedly dated for a few years before breaking up in 2022. Meanwhile, right after Akshay's goofy remark, producer Jackky Bhagnani came up to Tiger and gave him a hug. Then, Akshay also gave Tiger a hug as both of them continued to giggle.

The German singer is known for singing songs, especially devotional ones in several Indian languages. While meeting PM Modi on Tuesday, she sang Achyutam Keshavam and a Tamil song as well. Previously, in one of his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ episodes, PM Modi had appreciated the singer’s passion for Indian music and culture. He was also seen praising her performance in the viral clip. This is Cassandra's first India visit. She sang two songs for PM Modi's show. PM Modi embarks on South Africa journey to attend 15th BRICS Summit

Prime Minister Narendra Modi emplaned for South Africa for his three-day visit to the country. PM Modi is visiting South Africa to attend the 15th BRICS Summit at the invitation of South African President Matamela Cyril Ramaphosa. South Africa is set to hold the much-anticipated BRICS Summit in the national capital Johannesburg from August 22-24. This is PM Modi’s third visit to South Africa and the trip marks the 30th anniversary of the diplomatic relationship between India and South Africa. During the visit, the PM will also participate in a special event “BRICS – Africa Outreach and BRICS Plus Dialogue” being organized after the BRICS Summit, which will include other nations invited by South Africa. He will also hold bilateral meetings with some of the leaders present in Johannesburg. Following his visit to South Africa, PM Modi will travel to Greece on August 25. During his visit, he will hold a meeting with his Greek counterpart Kyriakos Mitsotakis and discuss ways to further deepen the ties between the two nations. He will also interact with business leaders from both countries. He will also interact with the Indian community in Greece.

Chandrayaan-3 leaves Earth's orbit, heads towards Moon

ISRO successfully performed the TransLunar Injection (TLI) to slingshot Chandrayaan-3 towards the Moon. ISRO injected the spacecraft into the translunar orbit from ISTRAC on August 01 in Bengaluru. The lunar injection was conducted between 12 am and 12.30 am on August 01. Taking to Twitter, ISRO informed that Chandrayaan-3 completed its orbits around the Earth and is now headed towards the Moon. Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft is continuing its circuitous journey to the Moon with a series of burns to raise its orbit. ISRO informed that the Lunar-Orbit Insertion (LOI) of Chandrayaan-3 is planned for Aug 5, 2023. The world witnessed the historic lift-off of Chandrayaan-3 on July 14. ISRO launched India’s third lunar exploration mission from Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota.
