Aryan Gupta of Punjab and Panshul Bansal of Haryana have jointly secured All India Rank (AIR) 1 and 2 by scoring 715 out of 720 marks.

According to the NTA, nearly 20 lakh candidates appeared for the examination, which was conducted on June 21, 2026, across 5,440 centres in 551 cities in India and 14 cities abroad. The exam was held in 13 languages, including Hindi, English, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu
