In a shocking incident, a mother killed her twin children by throwing them inside a well in Jharkhand’s Dumka district. Reportedly, the woman was mentally unstable as she believed the children to be inauspicious. The woman constructed the crime scene by chopping off her braid to mislead the investigation towards the recently highlighted ‘hair-chopping gang’. The woman also confessed of trying to kill the children during her pregnancy. After the arrest, a medical examination was also done to check her mental health but she was reported to be normal
