Woman caught on CCTV stealing a mobile phone at shop in Mulund

A 40-year-old woman was caught in the act of stealing a mobile phone by the CCTV at from a store in Mulund, Mumbai. The incident occurred on 24th September at around 4:30 PM. The woman entered the store posing as a customer and picked a mobile box, which contained A6 Samsung worth Rs 22,320 and hid the phone in her side bag while no one was looking, unaware that it got captured on the CCTV. The woman is absconding and Mulund Police are on a lookout. Watch the video.

A man was seen attempting to snatch a mobile phone from a person. the person was travelling by Matysgandha express train and recorded this video. This incident occurred at around 9:45 am when the train reached near Vikhroli station. The video went viral and was shot in August. Soon after, the railway police and Mumbai crime branch were working on this case. The man was identified as Ashraf Naim Khan, a resident of Tagore Nagar in Vikhroli. The 32-year-old was working as a watchman in Habib hospital in Dongari. He worked in night shifts and in the day, he used to do crimes like theft and robbery. He then used the money to buy drugs and liquor for himself. He has been arrested by the Mumbai crime branch. Watch this video to know more
