Days after Canada faced humiliation over tribute to Nazi veteran in Parliament, Russian President Vladimir Putin launched a blistering attack. Prez Putin said he is “disgusted” over honouring of Nazi veteran in the Canadian Parliament by the Speaker Anthony Rota. In a major gaffe, Nazi veteran was invited to the House during Ukrainian President Zelenskyy’s visit last month. Terming the tribute to Nazi veteran disgusting, Putin questioned the Canadian Parliament Speaker, who resigned after the blunder. Russian President also lambasted the former Canadian Speaker over the Nazi gaffe in Parliament. Vladimir Putin also slammed Ukrainian Prez Volodymyr Zelenskyy over the embarrassing incident. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on September 14 attended NSG’s ‘Gandiv-5 program’. NSG in a joint operation with UP police conducted mock drills to avoid any untoward situation.
