Police say the devices failed to cause major damage, but the incident has triggered concerns about a possible larger conspiracy. Investigators have revealed that the crude bombs were allegedly made using empty chilli sauce bottles. Forensic teams, cyber units and special police teams are now examining CCTV footage and tracking suspects.
