Iran has officially announced the funeral schedule for late Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, months after his death in a joint US-Israel strike. The funeral ceremonies will begin in Tehran on July 4 and continue through multiple cities before culminating in his burial in Mashhad on July 9. Millions are expected to participate in what could become one of the largest public mourning events in Iran's modern history.
