However, during the summer months, what steals the show is the iconic Ice Gola. We tried out one of the popular Ice Gola stalls at Girgaon Chowpatty named Jai Jawan Stall and we were in for a treat.

While cleaning Vasai’s Bhuigaon beach, Lisbon Ferreira and his wife discovered bundles of 500 and 1000 rupees notes from a garbage heap. Lisbon Ferreira and his wife clean the plastic and dirt on the beach every Sunday. Lisbon Ferreira has handed over all the 35 thousand notes to the police.

A rare 150 kg turtle found trapped in the net by the fishermen who went fishing in the boat "Yajak" in the sea 70 km from the Bhatbandar beach of Bhayandar West. On the boat, fishermen Earl Bunkavli, Tandel and Robin Bunkavli released the rare turtle safely back into the sea.

Venomous Blue Bottle jellyfishes were spotted at Mumbai beaches on Monday. Several people, mostly children suffered injuries after getting stung by the jellyfishes. A resident at Juhu beach said, "Since past two days nearly 150 people, including children were stung by jellyfishes. I use lemon to rub on the injuries caused by jellyfish bite to give people relief from pain."
