What was projected as a major show of strength for CJP in Lucknow has sparked debate after the actual turnout fell significantly short of expectations. Authorities had reportedly prepared for a gathering that could attract close to 10,000 participants, with extensive security arrangements and monitoring put in place across the Eco Garden protest venue. The demonstration, centred around allegations of examination and recruitment irregularities, was expected to draw large numbers of students and government job aspirants from across the region. However, despite the anticipation surrounding the event, only around 1,500 protesters are reported to have attended the gathering. The turnout has become a major talking point, particularly given the party's substantial digital footprint and online influence. CJP and its associated platforms collectively command a social media audience running into millions, including a large Instagram following and a growing presence on X. CJP leader Abhijeet Dipke used the occasion to reaffirm his commitment to continuing the agitation and once again called for larger participation in upcoming demonstrations. He urged supporters to remain peaceful while expanding the campaign to other parts of the country.

Comedian Pranit More has issued a public apology following the viral "Rs 370 Ki Biryani" controversy that sparked widespread outrage and intense debate across social media platforms. The controversy erupted after a dating-related anecdote shared during one of More's shows went viral online. The remark, which linked a Rs 370 biryani bill to expectations "in return," quickly drew criticism from many users who described the comments as misogynistic, insensitive and reflective of a transactional mindset toward relationships. Facing mounting backlash, More released a statement acknowledging what he called a serious lapse in judgment. In his apology, More said he "got carried away" during the interaction and accepted that criticism directed at him was justified. Despite the apology, reactions online remain sharply divided. While some users believe the comedian deserves an opportunity to learn from the incident and move forward, others argue that the apology does not adequately address the concerns raised by the viral clip.
