JD(U) chief Nitish Kumar took oath for a record 10th time on Thursday. PM Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and several NDA Chief Ministers and leaders were present for the ceremony. In all, 22 ministers, including Kumar, were sworn in at the event. Governor Arif Mohammed Khan administered the oath of office and secrecy to them.
