Pasta is one of those International foods that we Indians love to gorge upon. From street pasta stations to specialised pasta chains, we have it all! The Indian’s love for pasta has gone to such an extent that Indian food joints are now offering unique pasta fusions. As the world observes World Pasta Day 2023, we tried out two unique pasta preparations in Mumbai- i.e Pasta Dosa at Anand Dosa stall in Ville Parle and Pasta Sandwich at Dharma Sandwich, Borivali.
