Four children have been found alive in Colombia's Amazon jungle after surviving a plane crash and spending 40 days fending for themselves in the jungle. The siblings were rescued by the military near the border between Colombia's Caqueta and Guaviare provinces. Aeroplanes and helicopters from Colombia's army and air force participated in the rescue operations. The president of Columbia Gustavo Petro informed about the children’s rescue from Amazon Forest on June 10.
