A heart-wrenching case of Gang rape with a minor has been reported in Palghar. On December 17, the survivor's father had told the police that their minor daughter is missing. After the complaint, the Satpati police traced the girl and rescued her from Haranwadi area. The girl told that she was raped by 8 people, on the evening of 16th December & she was taken to a closed bungalow on the seashore where 8 people tortured her. Police have arrested the 8 accused and registered a case under several IPC sections along with POCSO Act against the accused, further investigation is underway

A heart-wrenching case has been reported in Palghar's Boisar area. 19-Yr-Old Man Raped Neighbour’s Little Daughter. The accused has been identified as Shahnawaz Miraj Shah. SP Balasaheb Patil said that the police would investigate the matter and take strict action.
