A solemn memorial service for late US Senator Lindsey Graham has unexpectedly become the centre of a social media storm after several viral clips featuring US President Donald Trump sparked widespread online debate. Held in Washington, the memorial brought together political leaders from across the United States and around the world to pay tribute to Graham's political legacy. However, attention quickly shifted away from the tributes as videos of Trump interacting with those seated around him spread rapidly across social media platforms. One of the most talked-about moments showed Trump sharing a box of Tic Tacs with Vice President JD Vance, with an attempted toss of the candy box becoming an instant viral clip. Other videos circulating online appeared to show the President laughing and conversing during parts of the service, prompting criticism from some users who questioned whether the behaviour was appropriate for a memorial. Another widely shared clip also fuelled speculation online after some social media users claimed Trump appeared to briefly doze off during the ceremony. WATCH
