Tiger 3: Salman Khan and Emraan Hashmi will share screen for the first time in Tiger 3 where Emraan will be seen as the antagonist in the film. Salman Khan shared a poster of Emraan's look from the film on October 17 where Emraan can be seen giving an intense look while he stands with a gun in his hand. He is also seen sporting a salt and pepper look. Social media was a buzz after Emraan's poster was released and a fan wrote, "Even emraan won’t be able to kiss if it’s a bhai film'. Pathaan marked the comeback of Shah Rukh Khan after four years to the silver screen. The movie collected a record-breaking ₹ 55 crore at the Indian box office on the first day of the release. Pathaan had crossed Rs 106 crores from releases worldwide for day 1. It has broken the worldwide opening day record for a Hindi film. Pathaan is now the "biggest opener" in Hindi cinema.
