Israel-Hamas Conflict: IDF releases exclusive footage of tanks pounding Gaza

Amid the Israel-Hamas conflict, Israel's military released footage on Sunday (November 5) of what they say is the latest footage of tanks and soldiers in Gaza as the land operation unfolds amid a diplomatic stalemate of a humanitarian ceasefire for the embattled enclave. In the video, soldiers are seen walking amid rubble, tanks firing and large explosions. Israel continued to strike Gaza Strip by air, sea, and ground overnight. Gaza health officials said Israeli air strikes destroyed a cluster of houses in the Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza. Health officials said on Saturday (November 4) more than 9,488 Palestinians have been killed in the war, which began when Hamas fighters launched a surprise attack on southern Israel on Oct. 7, killing 1,400 people and taking more than 240 others hostage.

In its continued strike against Hamas, IDF has killed several top commanders and has destroyed various infrastructure.

The horrific hospital blast in Al Ahli Hospital in Gaza claimed the lives of at least 500 innocents. The Israeli and Palestinian officials indulged in a blame game, accusing each other of the deadly hospital strike. Israel blamed Hamas for the incident and said that a failed rocket launch by the Islamic Jihad terrorists. Soon after the attack, Israel tanks and munitions were mobilised near Gaza border. Israeli infantry troops have been moving closer to Gaza border in anticipation of a full ground offensive. Israel’s military said that it is targeting Hamas and its infrastructure in response to deadly attacks on Oct 07. Taking to platform X, Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu held Islamic Jihad responsible for the “failed rocket launch”. US President Joe Biden also directed his national security team to investigate the matter. This blast was the bloodiest incident in Gaza since Israel launched a bombing campaign against Hamas in retaliation.
