Speaking to ANI, he said, “Whenever Congress, Samajwadi Party, or any other party associated with the INDI alliance is losing elections, they make every effort to blame the defeat on EVMs. This is not the first time; we have been hearing this continuously since 2014. We want to ask these people that the Congress government formed in Himachal Pradesh and Karnataka last year, whether it was formed based on ballot paper? In 2009, the UPA government was formed at the Centre, was it made of ballot paper? In 2004, the UPA government was formed in the country, and in 2018, the Congress government was formed in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh, the AAP government was formed in Delhi, was it made of ballot paper?”

A group of about 60 felines will soon be translocated from an Argentine zoo to an Indian sanctuary due to overpopulation. The tigers and lions will travel from Argentina to India to live in Anant Ambani’s ‘Vantara’. The ‘Vantara’ owned by Anant Ambani in Gujarat, has thousands of hectares and a rescue centre for elephants. The Lujan Zoo, 60 kilometers in Buenos Aires, was closed during COVID-19 but would be reopened soon. The zoo has an overpopulation of felines, including ligers- lion and tiger crosses, pumas. ‘Vantara’ in Gujarat’s Jamnagar was recently launched in February 2024 by Reliance Industries and Reliance Foundation. Vantara, an ambitious program is dedicated to the rescue, treatment, care, and rehabilitation of animals. The rescue, rehabilitation center spanning 650 acres has been established within the extensive 3000-acre premises in Jamnagar.

India’s former Ambassador to the US Taranjit Singh Sandhu joined Bharatiya Janata Party on March 19. He joined the party in the presence of BJP’s National General Secretary Vinod Tawde. The Delhi Development Authority has demolished the home of a rat hole miner Wakeel Hassan. He played an important role in rescuing 41 workers trapped in Uttarkashi's Silkyara tunnel last year in November. A video of the demolition has gone viral on social media. A tragic train accident took place in Jharkhand's Jamtara on 28th February evening as a passenger train ran over 2 passengers at the Kalajharia railway station killing both of them. The Eastern Railway said the victims were walking on the track when they were run over by the Jhajha-Asansol Memu passenger train. Initial reports suggested the persons killed were passengers of Anga Express, running parallel to Memu passenger train, which stopped due to a fire call. The reports claimed that passengers deboarded the train and were run over the Memu train.According to the railway. Officials, the incident occurred at 7 pm and only two persons were killed.
